About Whitney
I’ve been teaching since 2011, working in studios and wellness spaces from Boston to the South Shore. Over that time, I’ve taught thousands of classes, worked one-on-one with clients in both yoga and personal training settings, and spent over 100 hours observing in physical therapy clinics. That combination has shaped a strong, practical understanding of anatomy and how the body actually moves—something I bring into every class I teach.
Since 2022, I’ve led teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats with a focus on helping people become confident, capable teachers—not just certified. This training is built around what actually matters: clear sequencing, effective cueing, and real experience leading a room.
At the same time, I believe this work goes beyond the physical practice. Teaching yoga carries responsibility. The goal isn’t just to lead a class—it’s to show up with awareness, integrity, and a level of depth that people can feel. That’s the standard this training is built on.
This training is designed to help you become a confident, capable yoga teacher who knows how to lead a class with clarity and intention. It’s not just about learning poses—it’s about understanding how to build a class, communicate effectively, and create an experience that actually lands. You’ll be asked to show up, practice teach, and step outside your comfort zone, while also deepening your own relationship to the practice.
