My path into yoga began with a deep curiosity about how the body works. With a degree in Biomedical Engineering and years of study in anatomy and physiology, I bring a practical and informed understanding of movement to everything I teach. What began as a personal practice quickly became a calling.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve taught thousands of classes and developed my work from instructor to mentor and founder. I’ve co-led certifications, directed wellness programs, and created teacher trainings rooted in intelligent sequencing and honest self-inquiry. In 2025, I founded Bind Yoga Collective as a home for that work—a space built on authenticity, strength, and collective growth.

Retreats have become a cornerstone of my leadership. Watching students reconnect to their authentic selves and step into strength they didn’t know they had ultimately inspired me to create a studio that reflects that same depth. I believe yoga is not just about movement, but about resilience, awareness, and learning to meet yourself fully.

When I’m not teaching, I’m with my husband, three children, and our Saint Bernard, George. I continue to study, refine, and expand my work, committed to helping others build strong bodies, steady minds, and the courage to live in alignment.
