Reclaim Your Wild
A Yoga + Adventure Retreat in Dominica with Whitney and Tammy
February 28 - March 6, 2027
Dominica is the lush “Nature Island of the Caribbean,” located between Guadeloupe and Martinique — not to be confused with the Dominican Republic.
Picture this…
You wake to the sound of waves rolling onto the shore and the soft rustle of palm trees in the warm Caribbean breeze. Sunlight pours through your window as the lush rainforest slowly comes alive around you. Your morning begins with yoga overlooking the ocean, followed by fresh tropical fruit and coffee grown right here on the island. Dominica is known as the “Nature Island of the Caribbean,” with rainforest-covered mountains, waterfalls, and dramatic volcanic landscapes waiting to be explored. Our days will unfold with a beautiful balance of movement, relaxation, connection, and excursions that allow us to experience the island’s incredible natural beauty. It’s a chance to step away from your daily routine, reconnect with yourself, and immerse in a place where nature, nourishment, and community come together effortlessly.

THE EXPERIENCE
Our days will follow a natural rhythm that balances movement, exploration, and plenty of time to slow down. Mornings begin with yoga overlooking the ocean, followed by breakfast and free time to enjoy the beauty of Jungle Bay. Throughout the week we’ll venture out to experience some of Dominica’s incredible landscapes while also leaving space to rest and recharge.
To us, retreat means more than just a vacation. It’s intentional time away from daily life to reflect, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what you need. Even if you come with a friend, we encourage everyone to put themselves first during the week. Immersing ourselves in nature — especially somewhere as wild and beautiful as Dominica — has a way of creating space for clarity and renewal.

ABOUT WHITNEY MILLER
My path into yoga began as a personal practice and has grown into 15 years of teaching, mentoring, and leading teacher trainings. I’m the founder of Bind Yoga Collective and have been hosting retreats since 2023. My classes are rooted in strong, intentional movement—physically challenging at times, but always grounded in awareness and choice. I encourage you to push your edges while staying connected to your body, finding a balance between effort and ease.
On retreat, it goes beyond the classes. We create space and offer tools for self-reflection, so each experience has the potential to shift your perspective in a real, lasting way.
